This guide helps you ensure that your browsing data is syncing on the Mango Browser app on Android or iOS device. As a pre-requisite to following these steps please ensure you have downloaded the Mango Browser app.


  1. Once you have installed Mango Browser in your Android mobile, follow the instructions on how to login to Via on Android Mango Browser or how to login to Via on iOS Mango Browser

  2. On Android, after logging into Via successfully, open the left menu using the 3 line icon. Click on the Sync now option to manually sync the browsing data. Note: If  you are not logged into Via then Sync Now button is not displayed 


  3.  On iOS, after logging into Via successfully,  click on Sync now to manually sync the browsing data.
    Note: If you are not logged into Via then Sync Now button is not displayed



  4. The data sync will happen immediately, however it may take up to 1 hour for the test connection results on the Via website or Via Android app to reflect the updated data.
